The Cellar

A great passion and family tradition that chef Massimiliano Vasta has brought to his restaurant Vico Astemio, building year after year a wine list that is an authentic and extraordinary journey around the world starting naturally from our beloved Etna. A proposal of over 400 carefully preserved inside our cellar at controlled temperature. And for the end of the meal a list of spirits including Rum, Grappa, Armagnac without forgetting the Amaro and the Typical Liqueurs of Our Land.
